Die meisten verschicken Newsletter, du baust eine Maschine. Du übernimmst Klaviyo mit 60+ Flows, Loyalty und Abo und machst aus dem Channel, der ein Drittel unseres Umsatzes trägt, den größten Wachstumshebel auf der Road to 100 Mio.
Du baust unsere gesamte Flow-Architektur neu auf: Post-Purchase, Second-Order, Winback und Subscription-Flows werden von Grund auf stark gemacht.
Eine Testing-Maschine etablieren gehört in deinen Verantwortungsbereich: ein sauberer A/B-Test pro Woche, dokumentierte Learnings, klare Rollout-Entscheidungen.
Kampagnen-Logik und Segmentierung liegen bei dir; wer bekommt was, wann und warum: Engagement-Segmente, Storytelling-Abfolgen, Neu- vs. Bestandskunden-Differenzierung.
Du machst Klaviyo AI und Predictive Features produktiv: Predictive CLV, Churn Risk und Next Order Date werden nicht nur aktiviert, sondern in Segmentierung und Flow-Logik eingebaut.
Unsere Agentur steuerst und challengest du fachlich, du bist die interne Instanz, die jede Empfehlung an Daten misst.
Abo- und Loyalty-Kommunikation baust du so aus, dass Wiederkaufraten messbar steigen.
Mindestens 3 Jahre CRM-, Retention- oder Lifecycle-Erfahrung in einem D2C- oder E-Commerce-Unternehmen mit relevanter Skalierung. Du hast einen Channel verantwortet, nicht nur zugearbeitet.
Nachweisbare Klaviyo-Expertise: komplexe Flow-Architekturen, Segmentierungslogik, A/B-Testing-Setups, Deliverability-Management. Shopify-Stack-Erfahrung ist Pflicht, HTML/CSS-Grundkenntnisse ein Plus.
Analytische Tiefe ist für dich Alltag: Kohortenanalysen, Repeat-Rate-Strukturen, Attributionslogik und Incrementality-Denken, du liest Daten schneller, als andere Dashboards öffnen.
LLM-Tools wie Claude oder ChatGPT setzt du heute produktiv ein, für Analysen, Segmentlogik, Copy oder Prozessautomatisierung und kannst zeigen, was dadurch besser oder schneller wurde.
Deutsch auf C1-Niveau und sicheres Englisch bringst du mit.
