Hinter dem Rosental-Shop läuft ein selbst gebautes Software-Ökosystem: ein Influencer-Operations-Tool mit automatisiertem Briefing-Versand, ein E-Com-Command-Center mit eigenem AI-Copilot und zwei Shopify-Storefronts für DE und NL. Bisher baut das im Kern eine Person, AI-first, in Produktionsqualität und mit mehreren Releases am Tag. Diese Rolle verdoppeln wir jetzt. Deine Features nutzt das Team noch am selben Tag.
Du baust interne Produkte end-to-end, vom Slack-Ping über die Root-Cause-Analyse in Produktionsdaten bis zum Fix, der kurz darauf live ist.
Unscharfe Anforderungen aus Influencer-Marketing, E-Com, Finance und Customer Care machst du zum richtigen Feature. Priorisieren, zuschneiden und weglassen liegt bei dir.
Cursor, Agents und LLM-Features sind dein Standard-Werkzeug, um schnell zu shippen, ohne dabei die Qualität aus den Augen zu verlieren.
Shopify Admin API, Zahlungs- und Affiliate-Systeme (z. B. GoAffPro), Resend und Analytics-Quellen bindest du an unsere internen Datenbanken an.
Auch die Weiterentwicklung unserer Shopify-Storefronts für DE und NL gehört in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
Monitoring, saubere Migrationen und „fail closed" bei Rechten und Versand liegen in deiner Verantwortung, denn in Produktion hängen echte Nutzer, Mails und Umsätze.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung bringst du mit, idealerweise mit TypeScript, React/ Next.js, Postgres (Supabase) und Vercel.
Du shippst nachweislich schneller dank AI-gestützter Entwicklung. Agents, Prompting und Review-Disziplin beherrschst du.
Als Product Owner, Founder oder in einer Hybrid-Rolle hast du bereits gearbeitet und erkennst, was hinter einer Anfrage wirklich steckt.
Begriffe wie CM3, Attribution, Draft Order oder Conversion kennst du, oder du baust dieses Wissen in den ersten vier Wochen auf.
Eigenständiges Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich: ohne Ticket-System und ohne zweites Dev-Team als Fallnetz.
Fließendes Deutsch und solides Englisch setzen wir voraus.
