Im Zentrum unseres Private Equity Roll-up-Unternehmens im Bereich Gebäudedienstleistungen bieten wir ein aussergewöhnliches Praktikum im Bereich Finance an. Dies ist deine Chance, Seite an Seite mit unserem Senior Finance Manager und den Mitgründern zur Sicherstellung des finanziellen Erfolgs und der Skalierung der Gruppe beizutragen, indem du tatkräftig an gruppenweiten Finanzprozessen mitarbeitest.
02Deine Aufgaben im Bereich Finance
Group Accounting & Controlling: Aktive Unterstützung bei Accounting/Controlling Themen und der Abstimmung der finanziellen Performance unserer Portfoliounternehmen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Management und den Geschäftsführungen
KPI-Management: Entwicklung operativer KPIs auf Gruppenebene zur transparenten und effektiven Steuerung und strategischen Ausrichtung
Systeme & Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Analyse und Optimierung der gruppenweiten Finanzprozesse und -systeme, einschliesslich der Mitwirkung an Konsolidierungsprozessen
Reporting & Dokumentation: Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Budgetplänen, konsolidierten Jahresabschlüssen und Financial Reportings für interne und externe Stakeholder
03Was du mitbringst
Verfügbarkeit für mindestens 6 Monate in Vollzeit
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Accounting und Controlling (ideal Schweizer OR)
Scharfe analytische Fähigkeiten mit einem ausgeprägten Auge fürs Detail sowie Affinität für Prozesse, Systeme und Tools
Erste Erfahrung in Restrukturierung, Audit, Accounting oder Finance von Vorteil
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Finanzmanagementsoftware wie bspw. Lucanet sind ein Pluspunkt
Selbstständig, lernbegierig, mit gutem Urteilsvermögen und diskretem Umgang mit sensiblen Themen
Sicherer Umgang mit Workplace-Apps (Google) sowie KI
Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil
