About the role

As an Operations Analyst within Group Operations, you will play an important role in shaping and optimizing Instabee's first- and middle-mile transport network. You will work with strategy, network design and data analysis to improve the efficiency, quality and reliability of our transport routes between merchant warehouses and Instabee terminals across our five markets: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and the Netherlands.

Working closely with our local Market teams, you will identify improvement opportunities, analyze network performance and ensure that the right data, insights and tools are available to support well-informed operational decisions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop scalable solutions that improve our transport operations and create a great experience for our merchants.

You will be part of the First and Middle Mile team within Group Operations, reporting to the First and Middle Mile Manager, who will support your onboarding, learning and professional development.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and design first- and middle-mile transport networks to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, quality and cost performance.

  • Work closely with local Market teams to understand operational needs, evaluate current performance and drive improvements across our markets.

  • Develop and maintain the data landscape for first- and middle-mile operations, integrating data from different tools and systems to create valuable insights.

  • Monitor operational performance and ensure high-quality and reliable transport operations.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across Tech, Commercial and Integration to ensure that tools and solutions are developed in line with operational needs and provide a great merchant experience.

  • Build dashboards and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making and enable best-practice sharing across markets.

What we're looking for

We believe you are a curious and analytical person who enjoys solving complex problems and understanding how different parts of a system connect. You combine a strategic mindset with a structured and hands-on approach, and are motivated by turning data and insights into tangible improvements.

We also believe you have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex challenges and strategic goals into actionable improvements.

  • A structured and data-driven approach, with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact.

  • An interest in data analysis and experience working with tools such as SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with Tableau is a plus.

  • The ability to evaluate complex, interconnected systems and identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and markets.

  • A genuine curiosity and interest in logistics, transport and operational development.

What you’ll get

We can promise you that you will be challenged, develop your skills and have the opportunity to work with truly amazing and competent colleagues. If you like changes and want to set new processes and ways of working - this is the place for you!

Of course, we have all the necessary and standard benefits in place, but in addition to this, we can also offer:

  • 🏢 Brand-New Office, More Space for Our Brilliant People. Soon moving into our new Stockholm HQ, designed to bring our people together to collaborate, connect, create and deliver.

  • 👶 Parental Pay for Six Months: Step away from work and provide the best care and love to your little one.

  • 🎂 A Day Off on Your Birthday: We love to celebrate, so enjoy your birthday to the fullest with a day off each year!

  • ⏰ Hybrid setup and flexible working hours.
