Help Us Change the Way the World Works

01Build something that matters

Langdock exists to change the way the world works, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what people actually do with it. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Over 10,000 companies use our platform every day, from fast-growing startups to some of Europe’s largest enterprises. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows, helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.

02About the Role

This is not a regular open application. We don’t want your CV first. We want to see what you have built.

You may build with AI because you can’t stop, whether that’s with Langdock, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or whatever gets the job done. You may also know you’d add real value at Langdock without seeing the right opening on our careers page. If both are true, this is your door.

Show us a project. If it convinces us, we build the role around you.

03What We Want to See

Record a Loom of something you built with AI. It should be no longer than 5 minutes. Two kinds of projects get our attention:

  • Something that would help Langdock. Look at our product roadmap and at our product, and build something that solves a real problem for us or our customers. That could be a feature prototype, an internal tool, a GTM engine, a support automation, an eval setup, or something we haven’t thought of yet.

  • A genuine passion project. Something you built because you couldn’t stop thinking about it, and that shows how you think.

What we don’t want: basic chatbots, simple prompt wrappers, “summarize my inbox” agents, or linear three-step workflows. Our customers build those every day. Show us something that made you think hard, and that makes us think too.

04What Your Loom Should Cover

  • The problem: what you solved and why it matters.

  • The demo: show it working live, not on slides.

  • How it’s built: the models, tools, architecture, and key decisions behind it.

  • What broke: where it failed and what you learned from that.

  • What’s next: what you would build at Langdock if you joined.

05How to Apply

Paste your Loom link into the field “Your Build” in the application form. Your LinkedIn profile is enough; a CV is optional.

06What Happens Next

We watch every Loom. If your build stands out, we invite you to go deep on your project with us. Together we then define where you would have the most impact. That could be Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Operations, or a role that doesn’t exist yet.

07You Might Be a Fit If…

  • You build, not just talk about AI. You have shipped things that work, even if they’re rough.

  • You think in impact. You care about whether something solves a real problem for real users, not just whether it is technically clever.

  • You show high agency and full ownership. Nobody needs to tell you what to do next.

  • You experiment constantly. You try new models, tools, and approaches as soon as they come out.

  • You communicate clearly and professionally in English. German is a plus.

  • You are kind and care about the people around you.

08What We Need

  • Availability to work full-time and 100% on-site at our Berlin office.

  • A work permit for Germany.

09The Environment

You will work from our Berlin office at Greifswalder Straße 212, where all of us work together in person, surrounded by people building AI products and infrastructure every day. Lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We look after ourselves, and gym membership and coaching resources are part of the standard package. We value Calm Urgency, Ambitious Execution, and Caring Ownership. The vibe is calm but intense.

10Compensation

Salaries are transparent and tied to levels, not negotiation. We define the level together once the role is clear.

11Next Steps

We move fast. If you have built something you’re proud of, show us.

Compensation: €75K, €140K • Offers Equity

  • • Base Salary €75K, €140K • Offers Equity
