Über uns Die Right People Group ist eine Europäische Beratungsfirma für die Vermittlung von Freiberuflichen Experten. Wir besetzen Projekte bei namhaften Unternehmen aus Energie, Medizintechnik, Finanzen, Logistik und weiteren Branchen. Mit insgesamt ca. 60 internen Mitarbeitern sind wir im ganzen DACH-Raum, sowie Dänemark, Schweden, Finnland und Norwegen unterwegs.
Deine Rolle Durch neue Rahmenverträge wächst unser Projektvolumen deutlich, und dafür suchen wir Verstärkung. Im dem Geschäft zählt Geschwindigkeit: Anfragen gehen parallel an mehrere Dienstleister, und wer zuerst ein passendes Profil liefert, gewinnt. Du verantwortest deine eigenen Accounts und sorgst dafür, dass wir schnell, sauber und zuverlässig liefern.
01Deine Aufgaben
Du bearbeitest Monatlich eine höhere Anzahl paralleler IT-Projektanfragen und priorisierst sie souverän.
Du analysierst Anforderungen schnell und identifizierst passende Freelancer über Datenbanken, Jobbörsen und unser Netzwerk.
Du greifst zum Telefon: Kandidaten ansprechen, qualifizieren, Verfügbarkeit und Rate klären
Du bereitest Kandidatenprofile auf und reichst sie innerhalb klar definierter Reaktionszeiten ein.
Du arbeitest nach festen Prozessen und hältst Status und Daten in unseren Systemen stets aktuell.
Du begleitest Kandidaten von der Ansprache bis zum Projektstart.

Du arbeitest schnell, strukturiert und behältst auch bei vielen Projekten gleichzeitig den Überblick
Telefonieren macht dir Spaß, und du gehst offen und verbindlich auf Menschen zu.
Du hast ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten und arbeitest selbstständig und zuverlässig im Remote-Setup.
Du bist ambitioniert und willst messbar Ergebnisse liefern.
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch ist ein Plus.
03Von Vorteil
Erfahrung im Recruiting von Tech- und IT-Positionen
Erfahrung mit MSP- oder High-Volume-Recruiting
