01About L1VE
L1VE is a growing media and technology company with offices in Berlin and New York. With immersive 14K/3D/360° streaming technology and innovative live formats, we are changing the way people experience sports, music and entertainment.
02Your Role
As Designer, you shape how L1VE looks and how people experience it, from the first ad to the ticket purchase on our website. Our website is at the heart of the role: you design user journeys and pages that convert. You also create our event banners, flyers, ads and social assets. You take full ownership of design, build it up from the start and keep it lean, flexible and fast. You work closely with our Social Media Manager, our Content & Experience team and Product & Tech, and report to the Head of Marketing & Sales.
- Full-time (5 days/week), project-based, 12 months
- Work remotely within Europe or Asia, or on-site in Berlin
03What You'll Do
- Design and continuously improve our website, from first visit to ticket purchase, and make it instantly clear what L1VE is: a real live broadcast you experience with a VR headset
- Map and optimize user journeys; create wireframes, prototypes and final designs in Figma
- Design for conversion: identify drop-offs, develop hypotheses and test page and flow variants based on analytics data
- Hand over developer-ready, responsive designs and build a clear design system with reusable components
- Design landing pages, key visuals and asset packages for our live events (banners, flyers, posters, on-site materials) and for email campaigns
- Create paid ads for social and display (static and simple motion) in all required formats, with variations for A/B testing
- Follow the design guidelines of our license partners precisely, keep our brand consistent, and brief external freelancers or agencies when more capacity is needed
- Use AI tools for ideation, image creation, variations and resizing; L1VE provides the AI tools you need
04Must-have
- 3-5 years of experience as a designer with a focus on web/UX and marketing design, in-house or at an agency
- A portfolio with website and UX work with measurable conversion results, plus campaign and ad design
- Proven experience working precisely within strict brand and partner guidelines, e.g. from leagues, federations or licensors
- Strong UX skills and conversion experience: user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, landing pages, checkout or sign-up flows, A/B tests and working with analytics data
- Excellent command of Figma (components, design systems, developer handoff) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong sense of typography, layout and visual hierarchy, and a bold, creative eye
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher), German is a plus
05Nice-to-have
- Motion skills (After Effects or similar)
- Experience designing for paid social (Meta, TikTok), including formats and safe zones
- Experience preparing print production files
- Practical experience with AI design and image tools
- Interest in sports, entertainment and immersive technology
06Why us?
- You shape how L1VE looks and how users experience it, from the ground up, with real ownership.
- You see the direct impact of your work on conversion and ticket sales.
- You get access to the AI tools you need.
- You get plenty of creative freedom, short decision paths and flexible hours.
