In einem international tätigen Unternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie betreust du Projektgruppen mit Qualitätsfokus und sicherst die Produktqualität über mehrere Standorte hinweg. Du arbeitest eng mit Standorten, Lohnherstellern und Lieferanten zusammen und bist dafür regelmässig in Europa unterwegs.
01Das zeichnet die Stelle aus
- Bis zu 50 % Reisetätigkeit in Europa, am Wochenende meist zuhause
- Schnittstelle zwischen Standorten, Lohnherstellern und Lieferanten
02Deine Aufgaben
- Projektgruppen zu Qualitätsthemen betreuen und die Produktqualität gemeinsam mit den Standorten absichern
- Standorte, Lohnhersteller und Lieferanten im Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement operativ begleiten und weiterentwickeln
- Fehlermeldungen und Reklamationen analysieren, Ursachen klären und gezielte Massnahmen mit den Beteiligten anstossen
- Audits bei Standorten, Lohnherstellern und Lieferanten durchführen oder begleiten und Qualitätsstandards sichern
- Lieferanten vor Ort besuchen und Qualitätsthemen direkt mit den Partnern klären
- Qualitätsdokumentationen pflegen und für Audits und Projekte stets aktuell halten
03Dein Profil
- Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder technischen Bereich, ein Studium ist von Vorteil
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch, auch in der Zusammenarbeit über Landesgrenzen
- Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 50 %, vor allem innerhalb Europas
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP
- Selbstständige, organisierte und genaue Arbeitsweise mit viel Eigeninitiative
