In einem international tätigen Unternehmen der Elektronikfertigung sicherst du die Qualität von SMT-Baugruppen direkt an der Linie. Je nach Erfahrung prüfst du Baugruppen an der AOI oder erstellst und optimierst die Programme selbst. Deine Arbeit hebt die Erstausbeute und hält die Serie stabil.
01Das zeichnet die Stelle aus
- Zwei Einstiege: AOI-Prüfung an der Linie oder Programmierung und Prozessoptimierung
- Gute Basis auch für SMT-Operator:innen mit Erfahrung an Bestückern und Druckern
02Deine Aufgaben
- AOI-Programme neu erstellen, optimieren und bei Änderungen an Baugruppen nachführen
- AOI-Prüfungen selbstständig durchführen und SMT-bestückte Leiterplatten unter dem Mikroskop kontrollieren
- Lötstellen und Röntgenbilder nach IPC-Standards beurteilen, Material und Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit prüfen
- Prüfergebnisse auswerten und Prozesse an der Linie verbessern, um den First Pass Yield zu steigern
- Scanprogramme aus CAD- und Kundendaten aufbauen und bei Prototypen und Baugruppenanalysen mitarbeiten
- Produktion bei AOI- und Maschinenproblemen unterstützen und Fehlerursachen nachhaltig beheben
- Produktionsdaten im MES verfolgen und Änderungen mit NPI, Qualitätsmanagement und IT abstimmen
03Dein Profil
- Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, idealerweise in AOI, SMT oder optischer Inspektion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der Norm IPC-A-610 und ein genauer Blick für Lötstellen
- Für die Programmierung: IPC-A-610-Zertifikat, auch abgelaufen, und Praxis mit PARMI oder vergleichbaren AOI-Systemen
- Erfahrung als SMT-Operator:in, zum Beispiel mit SIPLACE oder EKRA, von Vorteil
- Lötkenntnisse sowie Umgang mit CAD-Daten oder FactoryLogix von Vorteil
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit, hoher Qualitätsanspruch und strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
04Das erwartet dich
- 40-Stunden-Woche im 2-Schicht-Betrieb, teilweise 3-Schicht
