Wir betreuen Unternehmen von der Kanzlei bis zur Unternehmensgruppe und legen Wert auf saubere, sichere IT-Umgebungen. Bei uns gibt es kurze Wege, Vertrauen und echte Weiterentwicklung statt Konzernstrukturen.
Deine Aufgaben Du bist fester technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Raum Stuttgart. Du bearbeitest Support-Anfragen im First und Second Level, richtest Arbeitsplätze, Drucker und Besprechungsräume ein und bist bei Bedarf auch vor Ort beim Kunden. Im laufenden Betrieb verwaltest du Benutzer, Geräte und Lizenzen in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online und Teams und unterstützt in hybriden Umgebungen mit Active Directory.
Das bringst du mit Du hast eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Praxiserfahrung und bereits im IT-Support oder in der Administration gearbeitet. Windows Clients und Active Directory sind dir vertraut, Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 und Intune ist ein Plus. Du hast einen Führerschein und gehst ruhig und freundlich mit Kunden um. Du erfüllst nicht alles? Wenn du motiviert bist, dich einzuarbeiten, freuen wir uns trotzdem auf deine Bewerbung.
Deine ersten Monate Du lernst unsere Kunden und deren Umgebungen kennen, übernimmst Schritt für Schritt den Support und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Gründer zusammen. So bekommst du direkten Wissenstransfer, auch in Themen wie Security und Compliance.
