Tu rejoindras l’équipe Carrefour Market en tant que Manager de Rayon en alternance, sous la responsabilité du Manager Magasin et/ou du Directeur. Ton rôle : développer la performance d’un ou plusieurs rayons, animer une équipe et garantir la satisfaction client.
02👥 Management & animation d’équipe
- Contribuer à une ambiance de travail conviviale
- Organiser les plannings en fonction des événements et de la saisonnalité
- Animer les briefs quotidiens
- Former, accompagner et évaluer les collaborateurs
- Manager par l’exemplarité

03🛍️ Gestion commerciale & merchandising
- Définir la stratégie commerciale du rayon
- Garantir la tenue parfaite du rayon : propreté, présentation, facing
- Prévoir et organiser les opérations commerciales et saisonnières
- Veiller à la conformité des produits et à la qualité de l’offre
- Réaliser des relevés de prix et suivre la concurrence

- Analyser les résultats : CA, marges, stocks, frais de personnel
- Identifier les leviers d’amélioration
- Définir des objectifs pour le rayon
- Appliquer les procédures flux marchandises et flux argent

- Port de charges lourdes

- Bac +3 validé
- Inscription en Master Commerce / Distribution / Marketing / Management (ex : iaelyon, Grenoble IAE, DistriSup, MBway…)
