Für unseren Kunden Stadt Winterthur Sicherheit und Umwelt suchen wir eine:n Leiter:in Stadtrichteramt (80 - 100 %)
Das Departement Sicherheit und Umwelt mit seinen 440 Mitarbeitenden umfasst die Bereiche Stadtpolizei, Schutz & Intervention, Melde- und Zivilstandswesen, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz sowie das Stadtrichteramt.
Das Stadtrichteramt Winterthur ist Verfügungs- und Untersuchungsinstanz im Übertretungsstrafrecht auf dem Stadtgebiet und bearbeitet jährlich rund 14 000 Geschäfte im ordentlichen Verfahren.
Per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine engagierte Führungsperson für die Leitung des Stadtrichteramts.
01Ihre Aufgaben
Organisatorische, fachliche und administrative Führung des Stadtrichteramts
Personelle Führung von 10 Mitarbeitenden
Bearbeitung und Erlass von Straf-, Einstellungs- sowie prozessleitenden Verfügungen im Übertretungsstrafverfahren
Führung von Untersuchungs- und Einspracheverfahren
02Ihr Profil
Eidgenössisch anerkannter Hochschulabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften (Stufe Lizentiat/Master)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung bei einer Strafbehörde oder einem Gericht in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Fundierte Führungs-, Planungs- und Organisationserfahrung
Kommunikative, analytische, und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
Fundierte Führungserfahrung
