02Deine Aufgaben
Du übernimmst unsere laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und steuerst die operativen Abläufe in Supply Chain und Logistik. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Gründern, unserem Steuerberater, unseren Herstellern und Logistikpartnern zusammen. Mit deiner analytischen und genauen Arbeitsweise sorgst du für saubere Zahlen und verlässliche Prozesse, auf denen wir die Marke weiter skalieren.
Finance:
Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung in DATEV, inklusive Kreditoren, Debitoren und Zahlungsverkehr
Abstimmung der Marktplatz- und Payment-Abrechnungen (Amazon, Shopify, PayPal)
Monatsabschluss mit Abgrenzungen, Bestandsbewertung und COGS
Monatliches Management- und Bankreporting, inklusive Covenant-Monitoring
Liquiditätsplanung und Schnittstelle zum Steuerberater (Jahresabschluss, Umsatzsteuer, OSS)
Supply Chain & Logistics:
Absatzprognose (Demand Forecasting) sowie Bestands- und Nachschubplanung
Bestellungen bei unseren Herstellern und Überwachung der Liefertermine
Steuerung von Wareneingang, Fulfillment und Versand mit unseren Logistikpartnern
Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Prozessen in Finance und Supply Chain
03Das bringst du mit
Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Rechnungswesen oder Finance oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, gern mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter)
Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hoher Anspruch an Genauigkeit und Detailtiefe
Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finance eines E-Commerce-Unternehmens
Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV (Rechnungswesen, Unternehmen online)
Erfahrung mit Monatsabschlüssen, Abgrenzungen und Bestandsbewertung
Sehr gute Excel- bzw. Google-Sheets-Kenntnisse und Interesse an Supply Chain und Prozessautomatisierung
Zuverlässigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität in einem kleinen Team
Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
