Du willst Lieferketten nicht nur verwalten, sondern wirklich gestalten? Bei Rosental Organics übernimmst du die volle Ownership über unsere internationale Beschaffung von Verpackungsmaterialien bis zu Produktkomponenten und baust die Prozesse auf, die unser Wachstum tragen.
Du stellst die permanente Verfügbarkeit aller Verpackungsmaterialien und Produktkomponenten sicher. Engpässe verhinderst du, bevor sie entstehen.
Du hältst eine stabile Bestandsreichweite von 1-6 Monaten für alle relevanten Produkte und passt sie kontinuierlich an den Forecast an.
Du verhandelst aktiv mit chinesischen Lieferanten und reduzierst die COGS nachhaltig durch starke Konditionen und strategische Partnerschaften.
Du baust belastbare Prozesse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Lieferanten auf, inklusive vollständiger Compliance-Dokumentation und klarer Kommunikationswege.
Du entwickelst und pflegst klare SOPs und sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit allen internen Schnittstellen.
Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Verhandlung mit chinesischen Lieferanten. Du kennst die Hebel und holst das Beste für das Unternehmen heraus.
Du bringst interkulturelle Kompetenz im China-Kontext mit und weißt, wie Kommunikation dort funktioniert (und nutzt das als Vorteil).
Du erstellst stabile, datenbasierte Forecasts und Bestandsplanungen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in gängigen ERP- oder Planning-Tools.
Du behältst den Überblick über Bestände, Liefertermine und Produktionspläne, auch wenn viele Variablen gleichzeitig in Bewegung sind.
Du denkst in Prozessen: Du erkennst, was ineffizient läuft, gestaltest bessere Abläufe und bringst andere mit auf den Weg.
Du kommunizierst auf Englisch und Deutsch verhandlungssicher. Chinesisch ist ein klares Plus.
