01Aufgaben
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des IT Service Continuity Managements (ITSCM)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Continuity- und Disaster-Recovery-Strategien
- Durchführung von Business Impact Analysen sowie Ableitung von Wiederanlauf- und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Planung, Koordination und Auswertung von Wiederanlauf- und Restore-Tests
- Beratung und Unterstützung von IT-Projekten hinsichtlich IT-Resilienz und Ausfallsicherheit
- Erstellung von Reports, Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Management
- Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Richtlinien im Bereich IT Service Continuity
02Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT Service Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery oder IT-Resilience
- Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerken, Backup-Strategien sowie Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen
- Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Bewertung von Wiederanlauf- und Recovery-Tests
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit IT-Dienstleistern sowie idealerweise mit ITIL, ISO 27001 oder KRITIS-Anforderungen
- Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfähigkeit
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
