Our client is an international bank in Zurich. We are searching for a payment or transaction specialist (m, f, d) as
01Project Manager Innovation Bank Transaction Systems
Your Tasks:
As a member of a team responsible for the smooth functioning of payment system operations / Analyse all incoming/outgoing payments e.g. large-value and mass payments in connection with services provided by financial market participants / Analyse the interbank alerts and the bank's crisis organization / Promoting the continuous improvement of payment processes and transformative change across the bank, including AI and its potential applications within the filtering systems designed to combat sanctions and payment fraud / Working closely with the business and IT teams to support colleagues with complex issues, with the aim of improving efficiency, the quality of transactions and services as well as operational stability / Monitoring transaction regulations and ensuring compliance with new regulatory standards by providing support with their implementation / Ensure that the process and control documentation is updated / Point of contact for enquiries regarding payment transactions and customer support / Involvement in various projects.
Your Profile:
Master’s or Bachelor’s with focus on Banking & Finance or Business Informatics / Professional experience with national and international payments as well as knowledge of the entire payments lifecycle / Sound knowledge of payment systems and operational controls of a bank / Experience as a project manager in the banking sector, in management consultancy (e.g. with the ‘Big 4’) or in strategy consultancy, combined with the specialist expertise to drive the adoption of AI within the bank / Know-how as project or sub-project leader providing business expertise to local and international projects / Ability to approach projects methodically and in a structured manner, and problem-solving skills / Ability to link different subject areas, as well as ‘holistic thinking’ / Self-starter and networker / Strong communication and negotiation skills / Strong interpersonal skills / German and English.
