01Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) - Vollzeit | München | Festanstellung
Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens in München suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)“.
02Aufgaben
- Als Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) verantworten Sie das gesamte Inhouse-Performance-Marketing einschließlich der strategischen Planung und operativen Umsetzung
- Zudem entwickeln und optimieren Sie Kampagnen auf Kanälen wie Google Ads, Meta, Display und Affiliate und steuern die entsprechenden Marketingbudgets
- Darüber hinaus planen und koordinieren Sie saisonale Marketingaktionen, Verkaufsaktionen und Produktlaunches in enger Abstimmung mit den Grafik- und Content-Teams
- Zusätzlich betreuen und optimieren Sie das Tracking- und Feedmanagement einschließlich Tracking-Links, Pixeln und Produktfeeds
- Dabei analysieren Sie relevante Performance-Kennzahlen, erstellen regelmäßige Reportings und leiten gezielte Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
03Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d), Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) oder Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d) mit
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Kampagnenmanagement, in der Budgetsteuerung und in der Analyse relevanter Marketing-KPIs
- Zusätzlich verfügen Sie über Erfahrung mit Performance-Marketing-Kanälen wie Google Ads und Meta sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Wichtig sind analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
